How does a webinar work?
- Once you purchase your seat, a confirmation email will be sent that includes your receipt, cancellation policy and instructions on how to access the webinar.
- Test your browser to ensure that your configuration is compatible with the webinar’s delivery method.
- On the day of the webinar, you can join by using the link provided in the email.
- Refunds are issued up to 2 days prior to the webinar date minus a $5 service fee. A non-transferable credit is issued after that time. You will have 90 days to use the credit. If you did not notify us and do not attend the webinar, (a “no show”), we regret that we cannot refund your fee. Webinars may be canceled due to technical difficulties or if the presenter is unable to attend. In that case, you may reschedule or request a refund.
